COVID-19 Safety Plan

Please read these important safety precautions that we have implemented to make sure we are all STAYING safe and healthy. 

 

Each visit will be limited to one guest and one stylist. This means that as much as we love to have company that only the person scheduled for the appointment may come to the salon.

* Small children may be accompanied by one adult*

 

During color processing time we will have guests separated into designated processing areas to keep group contact to a minimum. We will, of course, intermittently check in with our guests in these areas to assure everyone is comfortable.

 

As we did before our change of hours, we will be sanitizing our stations, chairs, and hands after every appointment.

 

We also ask that if you are feeling sick or have been around someone who has been sick please do not hesitate to call and we will get your appointment rescheduled as soon as we can!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling of all services require a 24 hour notice.

 

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service total.

 

All no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. We understand that life's emergency do occur. Drop us a text or an email if you are unable to make it to your appointment to avoid any charges.

Parking

You may park on 2nd St. It has 2 hour free parking once per day per block. You may also park in the lot behind Salon Incognito. This is preferred for those receiving longer services. This lot has 3 hour free parking once per day and 10 hour metered parking. One hour costs $.25. You may enter through the back door of the salon.

 

Please do not park in Ruhl and Ruhl parking. It is a private lot and you will be towed.
